Teen Arrested With Plans for Mass Shooting at High School
A routine traffic stop for a malfunctioning headlight led to the arrest of a 19-year-old man, Henry Horton IV, after police discovered handwritten notes outlining his alleged plans for a mass shooting at his former high school.
