Walmart Employee Brutally Attacked by Group in Store

A disturbing video that has gone viral on social media depicts a group of enraged women assaulting a Walmart employee in Indiana, while her colleagues frantically attempt to intervene. The incident, which took place at an Indianapolis Walmart on Friday, was captured on camera by a bystander, Kind Butler, and subsequently shared on Facebook. The video shows a woman dressed in black holding down the employee as two other women launch an attack on her near the checkout counter.

The footage reveals the employee being pinned down while a woman in a pink shirt repeatedly punches her. Another woman joins in, stomping on the employee. The situation intensifies as a chilling scream can be heard in the background. Two onlookers then rush to the employee’s aid, struggling to pull the woman in pink away.

However, their efforts to quell the violence are interrupted when a man enters the fray, kicking the employee who is still on the ground. Another woman, wearing a blue-and-white shirt, continues to assault the employee with a barrage of punches. Eventually, a co-worker manages to help the victim to her feet. But as they start to move away, the woman in pink throws an object and pulls the employee by her hair, continuing the assault. The male assailant tries to rejoin the chaos but is halted by Walmart staff.

Finally, the Walmart workers manage to separate the employee from the violent group. Two bystanders step in to restrain the attackers, who continue to hurl insults at the victim until the video ends. Butler, a regular shopper at the Walmart, told Fox 59 that the attack was immediate and unprovoked. He also mentioned overhearing relatives of an alleged rape victim looking for someone they believed was linked to the assault.

The victim of the attack, Tikerra Hicks, revealed that she had been receiving calls about a friend of hers allegedly raping another friend before the attack. Hicks was ambushed by the group just after exiting the bathroom. She expressed confusion about why she was targeted, as she was not involved in the alleged rape incident.

A police report from Beech Grove regarding a rape investigation allegedly named Hicks as an “other person” in the document. However, Hicks refuted these allegations, stating that she had not spoken to any officers except after the fight. Following the incident, Hicks was suspended from her job at Walmart.
