Glenn Soukesian, a renowned figure in the adult film industry known by his stage name Colton Ford, tragically lost his life in a puzzling hiking accident near Palm Springs, California, as confirmed by local authorities. The 62-year-old was discovered deceased on Monday evening on the Goat Trails, a popular hiking spot in the California desert oasis.
Soukesian, or Ford as he was widely recognized, was reported missing by his friends after he did not return from a hiking trip the previous day. His remains were discovered by the police on Monday. The cause of death remains undetermined, but the local coroner has dismissed the possibility of foul play, according to a representative from the Palm Springs Police Department.
Ford, a native of Pasadena, was a late bloomer in the adult film industry, embarking on his 22-year career at the age of 40. His journey in the industry was marked by collaborations with several notable studios such as MRS Releasing, RawF—kClub, All Worlds, Mustang, and Falcon Studios.
Tim Wood, a close friend of Ford, paid tribute to him on Facebook, describing him as a “brilliant artist who always kept a song in his heart.” He further characterized Ford as sweet, funny, kind, sassy, and undeniably handsome.
Before his foray into the adult film industry, Ford had a successful stint as a recording artist. He worked with MIDE Productions, a company owned by Denise Rich, and also had a contract with Virgin Records. His non-adult filmography includes roles in “Another Gay Sequel: Gays Gone Wild!” featuring RuPaul, and “Hellbent,” a thriller about a serial killer terrorizing a group of men in West Hollywood.
Ford’s last creative endeavor was his 2023 R&B and pop album titled “Permission.”
