Investigators say a Washington state teenager was robbed and fatally shot after being called to a vehicle by strangers.
PARKLAND, Wash. — A 16-year-old boy was shot and killed while walking with his girlfriend in Pierce County after strangers allegedly called him over to their vehicle, robbed him of jewelry and opened fire, authorities said.
