Woman facing eviction commits murder-suicide shortly before being served eviction papers
The Clermont County Sheriff’s Office has reason to suspect that 46-year-old Theresa Cain is behind the deadly murder-suicide that left four dead on Feb. 27. Prior to police arriving at the family’s Ohio Township home to serve eviction papers, five gunshots were heard. Deputies attempted to contact the inhabitants of the house but were unsuccessful.
