A man was recently escorted from a JetBlue terminal at Boston Logan International Airport after he disrobed in front of passengers waiting to board their flights. The incident, which took place in Terminal C, began when the man started to undress, initially stripping down to his red underwear.
The spectacle was captured in a video that has since gone viral on social media. The footage shows the man lying on the floor in his brightly colored boxer briefs, raising his feet in the air, and then turning over onto his hands and knees, his backside facing the waiting area. He then proceeded to pull down his underwear, exposing himself to the shocked onlookers.
The man continued his display by discarding his underwear entirely, standing fully nude, and muttering to himself. He remained in this state for some time, allowing the stunned travelers to take in the sight.
Massachusetts state troopers were eventually called to the scene to restore order. They escorted the man, who had by then put his underwear back on, away from the terminal. The exact timing of the incident is unclear, and JetBlue has not yet responded to requests for comment.
Public indecency in Massachusetts can result in a fine, imprisonment, or both, but it is not yet known what consequences the man will face for his actions. This incident is the latest in a series of disruptive behaviors by passengers that have been making headlines recently.
In other recent incidents, a fight broke out on a Ryanair flight due to a crying baby, a Breeze Airways passenger was accused of using racial slurs and escaping from restraints twice, and an American Airlines passenger was caught in a heated argument with a flight attendant over alleged vaping. These events serve as a reminder that even with clear skies, air travel can still be fraught with unexpected turbulence.
