Man left human remains on police station counter

The San Bernardino Police Department has issued an “Attempt to Identify” statement in search of a Hispanic male adult in his 30s or 35s.

On Thursday, February 2nd, this individual walked into the San Bernardino Police Department and tried to deposit what appeared to be deceased animal remains and a lower jawbone that resembled a human’s.

The man then quickly left the building and officers were unable to locate him. The coroner’s office determined that the jawbone was in fact from a human, although no further details have been released thus far.

The suspect is described as 5’7”, 160 lbs, with a full beard and mustache, wearing a black hoodie and blue jeans.

The San Bernardino Police Department have not yet responded to a request for an update.
