Over the recent Labor Day holiday, former U.S. President Joe Biden was spotted in Delaware sporting a visible injury on his forehead. The 82-year-old was captured on video as he exited a church in Rehoboth Beach, his white hair partially hiding the red mark. The footage, which was disseminated on various social media platforms, was first reported by Inside Edition.
Fred Karger, the individual who recorded the video, expressed astonishment at the noticeable scar. He hypothesized that it might be due to Biden having multiple basal cell skin cancers excised. A spokesperson for Biden confirmed that the former president had recently undergone Mohs surgery, a technique used to treat skin cancer.

In late August, Biden was seen with a bandage on his head when he attended the funeral of former Delaware Governor and Representative Mike Castle at St. Joseph on the Brandywine Church in Greenville. However, the exact date of his surgery remains unknown.
In February 2023, Biden had a cancerous skin lesion excised from his chest, which was later identified as basal cell carcinoma. In May, he was diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer that has since spread to his bones. During a medical examination, doctors found a small nodule on Biden’s prostate and other cancer cells, resulting in a Stage 4 diagnosis.
Despite his health issues, Biden’s longtime physician, Dr. Kevin O’Connor, declared him fit to serve in February 2024 following a routine examination at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. However, the revelation of his prostate cancer diagnosis led to accusations that the Biden administration and his inner circle had deliberately hidden his physical and cognitive decline from the public.
