A customer at a Jack in the Box restaurant, believed to be located in Spartanburg, South Carolina, caused a scene over an incomplete order, leading to a physical altercation with the restaurant’s staff. The incident, which was captured on video and circulated on social media, began when the woman, wearing a black beanie, approached the counter and began berating the employees about missing items from her order.
The woman’s order, which consisted of three combo meals, was missing curly fries. She expressed her dissatisfaction loudly, hurling insults and objects at the restaurant’s staff. The video shows her demanding that her order be corrected, threatening to cause a scene if it wasn’t.
The employees, who were initially heard saying they would rectify the situation, were soon on the receiving end of the woman’s rage. She began to scream and throw display signs from the counter at the workers. This escalated the situation, leading to a physical confrontation.
The woman’s aggressive behavior included a taunting dance and an attempted slap at one of the employees. She then picked up a metal object and threw it at one of the workers. The worker managed to dodge the object, then retaliated by jumping onto the counter and punching the woman in the head.
The punch knocked off the woman’s beanie and caused her to stagger. This sparked a full-blown brawl, with multiple employees climbing over the counter to engage in the fight. A person accompanying the woman also joined in, pulling hair.
Onlookers, who were filming the incident, can be heard cheering and making comments as the fight unfolded. Some suggested leaving the scene and calling the police. It remains unclear whether law enforcement was involved or if the woman eventually received her curly fries.
