The incident occurred around 8:30 a.m. as 28-year-old Kali Robertson was walking her dog, according to a criminal complaint.
The elderly man, who regularly engaged in conversation with Robertson during her dog walks, reportedly said something that upset her. In response, Robertson is said to have grabbed a bag of dog feces and smeared it across the man’s face, according to the complaint.
The complaint further alleges that Robertson then discarded the bag on the ground and left the scene. The police were able to link the bag to Robertson, as it matched other bags she had in her possession.
