Four Towns Implement Voluntary Evening Curfew to Curb Spread of Disease
In response to the first human case of Eastern equine encephalitis (EEE) in Worcester County, Massachusetts since 2020, four towns have introduced a voluntary evening curfew. The towns of Douglas, Oxford, Sutton, and Webster are encouraging residents to stay indoors after 6:00 p.m. until September 30, according to a public health advisory.
