Mother Arrested at Disneyland for Allegedly Trying to Sneak Kids in

A woman was recently escorted out of Disney California Adventure Park by security and Anaheim police officers, following an attempt to pass her children off as toddlers for free entry. The incident, which was captured on video and shared on TikTok, showed the distressed mother and her two young daughters being led out of the park. The children can be seen clinging to their mother, crying and calling for help in Spanish. A police officer is also seen pushing a double stroller behind them.

The video, which has garnered nearly 400,000 views since it was posted, was captioned “Getting arrested at the happiest place on earth.” Another video, obtained by TMZ, shows the mother protesting her treatment as she is led out of the park with her crying children. The woman is alleged to have tried to pass her children off as two-year-olds, who are allowed free entry into the park, according to the Anaheim Police Department.

Disneyland and Adventure Park charge a minimum of $104 for a one-day pass. For an additional $65, guests can purchase a “Park Hopper Pass,” which allows them to visit both theme parks on the same day. However, children who qualify for free entry must be accompanied by a guest with a ticket and reservation.

Disneyland Resorts Park’s admission policy states that children under three do not require a ticket for Disneyland or Adventure Park. The Anaheim Police Department also informed KTLA that the woman is suspected of having attempted to sneak her children into Disneyland previously. She was arrested for trespassing but was later released on a citation.

A Disneyland spokesperson confirmed the incident, stating that the woman had allegedly tried to sneak her children into the theme park and was confronted by Disneyland Resort security teams. She reportedly did not cooperate with park security when questioned, leading them to contact law enforcement.

This is not the first time the company has had issues with guests trying to pass off older children as younger for free entry. In 2022, a video went viral on TikTok showing a woman disguising an elementary school-age child as a baby to avoid paying the admission price at Disney World in Orlando, Florida. The video showed a group waiting in line to purchase tickets, with the older child hidden in a baby stroller and covered with a blanket.
