Alaia Baldwin Aronow, the elder sister of Hailey Bieber, was taken into custody last Saturday following an altercation at a nightclub in Georgia. The 31-year-old was charged with simple assault, simple battery, battery, and criminal trespassing, as per the police report.
The incident began when Baldwin Aronow allegedly forced her way into a locked employee restroom at the club. Haleigh Cauley, a bartender at the establishment, reported to the police that Baldwin Aronow had requested a few minutes in the restroom to change her tampon, a request that was granted.
However, the situation escalated when Baldwin Aronow reportedly threw a used tampon at Cauley and physically assaulted a bouncer. Security footage from the club also showed Baldwin Aronow allegedly pulling out a chunk of hair from a second bouncer’s head.
According to the police report, when Cauley reentered the restroom a few minutes later, Baldwin Aronow removed her tampon and threw it at her. This prompted security to intervene and escort Baldwin Aronow out of the club.
The security footage further showed Baldwin Aronow resisting the bouncer who was escorting her out of the club. The report states that the video clearly shows Baldwin Aronow pulling the bouncer’s hair and hitting another bouncer in the genitals.
Baldwin Aronow, however, presented a different account of the events. She claimed that she was forcefully removed from the club and denied forcing her way into the restroom. She stated that she needed to use the restroom to change her tampon and vomit.
Initially, Baldwin Aronow denied throwing her used tampon at Cauley but later admitted to the act. When questioned about the alleged assault on the bouncers, she claimed she was merely defending herself.
The internet personality was charged with assault for throwing the used tampon and battery for physically assaulting the bouncers. This incident occurred just days before her father, actor Stephen Baldwin, asked for prayers for Bieber and her husband, Justin Bieber, causing concern among fans.
