Kyle Marisa Roth, a popular TikToker, passed away at the age of 36 in early April due to cardiac arrhythmia caused by myocardial fibrosis, according to Maryland’s chief medical examiner. The condition, characterized by an irregular heartbeat resulting from scarring on the heart muscle, was deemed the cause of her natural death. Roth also tested positive for diphenhydramine, a common antihistamine, and mitragynine, an alkaloid used for pain management.

Roth had a significant following on TikTok, with over 175,000 followers tuning in for her candid takes on celebrities. She had previously shared her journey as a colon cancer survivor, highlighting her resilience in the face of various health challenges. In a February Instagram post, she detailed her medical history, which included multiple surgeries, broken bones, car accidents, and concussions, among other things.

Her sister, Lindsay, announced Roth’s passing on April 15 via Instagram, expressing the family’s confusion about the circumstances of her death. Lindsay praised her sister’s humor, intelligence, beauty, and activism, inviting others to share their memories of Roth.

Roth’s mother, Jacquie Cohen Roth, also shared the news of her daughter’s passing on LinkedIn, acknowledging the impact Roth had on many lives, both personally and through her online presence.
