Milwaukee law enforcement officials are currently investigating a complex kidnapping case involving a seven-year-old boy. Several individuals have been apprehended in connection with the case, including Fabian Johnson, who has recently faced court proceedings related to the incident.
Police reports indicate that Johnson, along with two other individuals, had initially targeted the boy’s mother, a known figure in the local drug trade. On July 11, the group had planned to confront her at her home. However, when she did not show up, they escalated their actions. Security camera footage shows the moment when armed individuals emerged from a white Jeep and kidnapped the boy while he was riding his bike near the intersection of 61st and Huestis.
The kidnappers reportedly demanded a ransom of $100,000 and jewelry from the boy’s mother, Siobhan Williams. Despite the threats, Williams did not meet their demands. The boy was later found unharmed at the residence of another suspect, Corey Williams, who has since been charged in connection with the case.
Siobhan Williams is currently in custody, having reportedly obstructed the investigation by refusing to cooperate with detectives. She has not yet been formally charged. In a related development, a 14-year-old has also been implicated in the case and is scheduled to appear in court today.

In unrelated incidents, emergency services were called to the Milwaukee River near Water Street following reports of a person in the water. Despite a thorough search by the fire department, no one was found, but the police are continuing their investigation.
